Trip to the “Roman” Ruin

The afternoon was cool when Chad, Ethan, Nicholas, and I went to survey the stone ruins on the Missouri River, scouting this location for a possible film shoot. We walked down the great steps as the tall dark trees moaned and swayed above us. Following the path through a stone courtyard, we examined a crumbling wall framed by a fallen tree.  We discussed possible sets, green screen tests, and various “proofs of concepts.” Over all, Chad, Nick, and Ethan seemed very pleased with the filming location…they hummed the Star Wars theme song intermittently the entire trip!
