“I’m having fun…”

Nick Burns, a homeschool graduate, was an online student at Liberty University until Pendragon took over his life. Before Pendragon, he partnered with his brother, Chad, in a video business, learning some of the valuable skills he has applied to the movie project. Nick has been involved with editing ever since Burns Family Studios began with their movie Quest for Glory, and now serves as lead editor on Pendragon.

With his strong artistic inclination, the role of Art Director was right up Nick's alley. Pendragon has allowed him to enhance his technical skills while doing the things he thoroughly enjoys - story boarding, costume design, creating web site graphics, editing, and especially acting. On set, Nick supervised extra’s action, and partnered with Aaron to create detailed backdrops for each shot – he would often be seen standing, in full costume, with a contemplative look on his face… then, without a word, would walk across set to straighten a spear or instruct a wayward extra.

Nick amazed the entire team in his convincing role as Cadeyrn - "I loved acting because it allowed me to take on an entirely different personality," said Nick. Normally quiet and easy going, Nick was so convincing in his role that several extras on the set were afraid to talk to him until his mother convinced them that he was really a nice guy.
